@Noel Nguyen @Noel Nguyen said: Who wouldn't be nervous playing for an audience at Carnegie Hall ? I suppose a performer who doesn't care. But who wouldn't care?…

Re: How do many of you deal with performance anxiety?

Re: How do many of you deal with performance anxiety?
@Peter Golemme I'm not really a performer. I think the reason I don't really have performance anxiety is that I just focus on what I am playing and don't really care whether people are watching me.…

Re: How do many of you deal with performance anxiety?
@Peter Golemme I also have played better when performing than practicing. I don't really have performance anxiety, so I can't really relate to making mistakes because I am nervous.

@Larry K Liszt would not have set an amplifier to 11! You should read Alan Walker's Liszt trilogy. Liszt has been quite misunderstood for a long time!

Re: What would you like improved on tonebase?
@Marcia Richards It can be helpful to see their fingerings and technique. I have done courses where they don't really say which fingering they use for something and never show, either.

Re: Lisztomaniac Challenge Kickoff!
@Michelle R Liszt also composed very short Album Leaves, and some things from Weihnachtsbaum are easy (it isn't Christmas, though). Nuages Gris is odd, but it may not be too hard.…
