I think that the response time of the support team needs to be improved.
I also think that any life stream should allow us to change the display format (like the lessons).
I see more and more emphasis on live events, mentorships, fast track and master classes but not enough on new lessons and perhaps adding the new instruments.
We need to have some organ related lessons or courses!

Hi Dominic Cheli , I sent the following email to the tonebase team but copying it here as well.
I cannot fully take advantage of the instructions and learn because of this missing feature.
I want to request a feature: Highlight notes and pedals during demonstration of a piece.
For example, while going through the video for "Happy Farmer", I cannot properly follow what notes are being played by the instructor and when the pedal is pressed or lifted while the instructor emphasizes this to be important for that particular piece. It's in level 2 (as suggested in the plan) but as a beginner, I cannot follow easily just by the sound of the music to know where in the score the instructor is playing and the contrast between the suggested and its alternative.

I've noticed it so far in all the videos I looked at. In some cases, measures are highlighted which helps a little bit but still at an abstraction that is harder for beginners or late beginners, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Tonebase shouldn't automatically load the video of the next lesson within a course. Sometimes I go back to re-watch a lesson, and when I'm done, Tonebase immediately plays the next lesson, which I've already watched. This next lesson then becomes a lesson which shows up under "Resume Watching", which makes it look like I haven't completed the course. If we have finished watching the entire course, that course should remain marked as Completed, even if we re-watch specific lessons with the course.

Very often I am unable to play continuously through prior livestream videos. If I pause, rewind or use the scrubber bar to relocate, the video will no longer play. I've had nice interactions with support before on similar topics years ago, but this remains a recurrent problem on any device.
Do other users have the same issue? Might there there still be something particular to the settings for my network or Apple devices? If this is a common problem with known solutions, perhaps those solutions could be provided in a support section of the interface, sparing the need to submit a support ticket.
Thanks!

1. I'd love to see the Resources section included in the mobile app. Scores, workbooks, etc. don't show in search results, or with their associated courses. Is this an iOS-version quirk?
2. Offline access. I live in a rural area with frequent, days-long internet/phone outages and that would be a huge help.
3. More accurate subtitles. Are they auto-generated?
tonebase has been life-changing and I'm so grateful for y'all!
