Dominic Cheli I don't think this is something a member should be required to do. As a paid service you should consider delivering more services. One of the is UX i.e. ease of handling anything that is related to the account, its status, payment options, easy changes and above all, stuff that shouldn't even be worthy a discussion: Sending a receipt for received payments.
YOU should reach out to ME and find out about those things that other service providers have provided for years.
One more thing: The community aspect is exaggerated, it's a low posting volume site compared to the pianoworld forum - and there is basically no interaction between the community and those who run the site and decide about how to create content.
I have a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of classical piano - and I have yet to find a way to get this out to those who could interact with me and spread some interesting things. Honestly, so far I cannot really see which value I have received for the +200 USD I paid. Articles I wrote got no reply, postings were not followed up on and pieces of advice I gave basically landed in a void where I didn't know whether anyone read them at all or if they were helpful.
You should get an outside expert to take a look at the whole layout of the side. There is no clean structure, there few, if any, optical elements that clearly divide one part of content from the other and I have yet to find aspects of the site that actually invite me to actively contribute and engage.
Take a look at clavio.de how to create a webite that actually builds an active community.
Oh well.
