Sample daily update:

  • Section you worked on:  1
  • One thing you found easy: Learning the notes, and rhythms were rather straight-forward, and not challenging!
  • One thing you found difficult: Playing the trills/ornaments in an elegant way was what challenged me the most.

Feel free to make these updates as short or long as you wish!

I just watched the Live Stream and started the piece last night (quite late to the party!):

    1) I just worked on the first section.

    • One thing you found easy: After watching Dominic’s live stream, I felt I understood the “feel” of the piece
    • One thing you found difficult: I’m dealing with a prior hand injury, so the octaves aren’t easy for me.

I’ll make a video this evening.

    • Gail Starr Thanks for tuning into my livestream! Sorry to hear about your hand injury, but speed is not everything, try to follow some of my advice for octaves in the opening of the livestream and let me know how things feel!
