This is going to take my classical brain a while to absorb. Question (anyone!): is there a reason to leave out the 5th in the E-flat 7 and B-flat 7 chords but to include it in the F7?

Interesting ... the parts of the quiz where I graded myself lower were speed (I can play all scales and arpeggios but not at 144!), improvisation, the more virtuoso things (big chords and leaps,ā¦

I always have trouble with putting music into words. Most music to me seems a journey through different keys, or a play on contrasting sections, or more generally a creation of sound worlds.ā¦

For "Un Sospiro," top tempo would be around 63 per quarter note. What I'm aiming for now is to be able to play it consistently at 40 per quarter note (it's getting there!);ā¦
