Problems with the platform

Hi folks, don't know if this is the correct via for extern problems, but I've been contacting with the support team since this morning and I don't have any answer of them. I had a problem with payment platform and I did not had answer of the support team. What can I do in this kind of situation?

    Hi. I had a similar situation. No response from the customer support, so I sent an email to the tonebase team ([email protected]) and I got the response relatively quickly. Hope this works.

  • Agree with Keiko on approach, although when I needed to change my password, it took a week to hear from the team.  Regardless, I got it done with patience.  :)
