Your welcome, I am playing 2 to 3 hours if lucky, I usually wake up at 5am and practice. This two week intense has been very beneficial to me as well. I am working on the hanon as well. Getting back to the basics really does make a difference.

Here is my c major scale, my goal was to make it smooth and relaxed. What I am finding is, I am getting a better sense of tone quality, I have a long was to go, but enjoy the process
