I finally got around to watching this. Thanks Dominic Cheli for the really helpful video! I went through a phase of learning left hand only pieces a couple years ago, so I found this talk really interesting.
Another really nice book for left hand only pieces is "Piano Music for One Hand" by Raymond Lewenthal: https://www.amazon.com/Piano-Music-One-Hand-Collection/dp/0793552680 . The book includes a lengthy preface describing some of the challenges and techniques for left hand music.
I recorded a few of my favorites from this book a couple years back.
1. Blumenfeld - Etude for the LH alone - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kCTUxrjoQbI
2. Chopin/Godowsky - Op 10 No 6 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPcZOQTdzrk . Dominic mentioned a few others from the Chopin/Godowsky collection.

There are some specialized categories for the left hand repertoire on IMSLP :

Among them, I was moved and surprised by Paul Wittgenstein's works.
