Problem with Recurring Charge

Hi, how do I get in touch with someone to cancel my recurring annual charge? I reached out via email but haven't heard back, although it's only been a couple of days. I no longer wish to be a member and my credit card got charged anyway.

    I finally was able to cancel on here- and it says you can resubscribe for 50% of to get you to stay on?! So now not only have I paid $149.50 for another year of something I can't use, but also there's a lower price available! I got diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and it's this kind of stress that really affects me. When I signed up last year on Black Friday, I had a lot of respect for the people running this app and was looking forward to a good experience. I can't understand why it's difficult to cancel.

       ive never tried canceling through email, but its always been immediate to cancel for me in the account settings. The 50% off isnt very slimy I think. This helps accommodate some people canceling for cost reasons, while also enabling this highly specialized streaming service to grow and get better for the paid subscribers

    They do take a few days to answer, and so far they have answered whenever I wrote them.

    I have canceled my Premium+ account and am waiting for my refund as per the 90-day money back guarantee. Your story about the ignored email scares me. I sure hope to get my refund.

    If you don't have a response within 2 or 3 days, notify your credit card.  I use AMEX and they're great at running interference on the matters.

    I'm having the same but opposite problem, stupid Capital 1 denies big charges until they connect with me, so they denied this subscription. I told Capital 1 to allow it, but tonebase already deleted me. I contacted tonebase since I want the subscription and they haven't connected back or re-enabled it. All things fair though, it is the holiday season and everyone is busy!  Hope everything works out for all of us.... happy holidays and I wish to you that all your musical dreams come true this new year!

    I've given up waiting for responses to questions and am attempting to cancel my subscription with a full refund under their 90 day guarantee.

    Never received any responses to forum posts (questions) emails or DMs so far so will be leaving.

    I wonder if Paypal would consider a chargeback?
