Describe/define 'focused practice'. Many published papers refer to this yet spend little time describing what it actually is, in order to maintain it. It is as nebulous as calling it "the zone". How do I know if I am inside 'focused practice' or outside it.
Secondly, describe various methods of logging practice in a practice journal or practice sheet, for efficient practice time and tracking. I find this is never discussed. I have my own system which minimizes task-switching time and allows me to track progress and todo's with minimal paperwork.
