Practice plan set to wrong level
Hello, I'm hoping someone can help, as it's unclear how to access support on this app. I'd really like to make use of the Practice Plan, but mine seems to be set at the wrong level, & I can't see how to change it. Tonebase has me at Level 5, but my Practice Plan starts with an advanced course - Prokofiev Sonata no 6 op 82 movement 3! I feel like there's app content I'm missing out on, because the Practice Plan is at a level beyond my abilities!

Hi! Did anybody help you with this? If not, Login to Tonebase > Choose My Level from the choices on the left side of your screen > Our level is based on the choices we make in the quiz > Retake Quiz. I attached a couple of screenshots. See Doc7 PDF below this window. I am a newbie but maybe this will help you!

I should mention that I am choosing courses at all levels. I have a degree in Piano Performance from a college conservatory. Also, post grad work. Big deal, there are some gaping holes in my education. I love being able to start with Level 1 sometimes to see if I missed something relevant!😊
