Practice plan set to wrong level

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help, as it's unclear how to access support on this app. I'd really like to make use of the Practice Plan, but mine seems to be set at the wrong level, & I can't see how to change it. Tonebase has me at Level 5, but my Practice Plan starts with an advanced course - Prokofiev Sonata no 6 op 82 movement 3! I feel like there's app content I'm missing out on, because the Practice Plan is at a level beyond my abilities!
