I think my favorite video might be Marc-Andre Hamelin announcing his latest release of the Complete Hanon Exercises, still makes me crack up!

I also think the videos where Ben Laude is being coached through Taubman technique (last movement Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata) and working on beginning of 3rd movement of Rach. 2nd concerto with Boris Giltburg are very useful. You can see minor adjustments that make a real difference to even a very advanced pianist like Laude.
