  • This was great! Really enjoyed Alexander Kobrin’s playing and detailed commentary with imagery/context/connections of the various pieces. Rachmaninoff’s music is truly magical. Just that one snippet of the G minor Etude Tableaux (op 33 no 8) in the context of “gloomy morning”…wow. Thanks for this wonderful livestream. Hope we have a Rach challenge month sometime soon.
