I enjoyed this! The valuable skills that Jarred highlighted are practical and thoughtful: determine whether I can teach the person what they need to learn; tip-of-the-iceberg philosophy - be concise with one's words and only explain if no alternative; get "out of one's skin" to live for the other person - truly listening and being present. Doing so with "respect and humility". Dominic and Jarred always have wonderful conversations. Thank you, Dominic! Thank you, Jarred!
