Another tonebase community concert! Can't wait to hear everyone take the virtual stage to perform!

 

NOTE:

An hour before the stream will be the SOUND CHECK where the performers can tune into the zoom meeting and test out microphones and make sure everything is working properly!

  • Yihan Zhang: Bach Prelude and fugue in c sharp major, bwv 848

    will try memorize this fugue, if not with score.

  • A short, simple contemporary piece: Big My Secret by Michael Nyman, from the soundtrack of The Piano. (3 minutes), if this is ok and room is available. Given the time frame, I can get the piece ready by then, and I recalled it after your lesson on tenutos today in the masterclass. The whole piece features them, so I mean to spend some review time with it as a study. Thanks!
