Recording My Performance and Clinkers/Clunkers (otherwise known as wrong notes)

I am a returning adult (mid-sixties).  Once upon a time (many, many years ago) I played at probably an early-advanced level.  Coming back after not playing much for at least 25 years, I have feel like I have lost a lot in terms of strength, flexibility and endurance.  I've decided to go back to easier repertoire and work my way back gradually to the harder stuff.

I've started a blog to track my progress and have started trying to record the pieces I've learned so far (I've got a backlog of 19 pieces to record).

So, I've really frustrated.  These are easy, easy pieces, but I can't seem so get through a recording without making at least one mistake.  Argh!

I was thinking that I would post my best effort and include a section in my analysis pointing out my mistakes.

What do people think?

Thanks for your input,

Shosh
