What's you plan toward success for piano?
I like to approach these sorts of things with a plan to succeed. My plan is to do all the progress tracks then start working on pieces of music. My thinking is that doing the progress tracks will give me enough technical headroom to learn beginner rep with confidence. Any thoughts? Suggestions?

Hi Bennett. , I think it's a solid approach. Roskell's Pillars series + technical training labs should help you develop a comfortable foundation for exploring beginner pieces with facility. We're continuing to grow our beginner library, with productions lined up on pieces from Bach's Anna Magdalena notebook, from Mozart's early minuets, a simple Beethoven work, and pieces from Schumann/Tchaikovsky/Bartok children's albums. Until these are released this summer, I recommend Bernstein's lessons on Schumann's Album for the Young and Osterkamp's lessons on Clementi, Beethoven, and Kuhlau sonatinas.

I'm planning on doing something similar, Bennett. j . I've been playing since I was young, but I'm afraid my education was not the best and I'm having to relearn a lot of things such as tempo/rhythm, and technique. The progress tracks are such a wonderful concept. I sure hope it proves beneficial to me overtime.
