Here is my week 3 recording of Der Doppelgänger (Schubert/Liszt). As in week 2, I added the translation of Heinrich Heine’s poem- just select cc (close caption). I loved the dynamic variations from ppp to fff and some of the sentiments written in the score I have never seen before such as “angoscio” (with anguish) and “flebile” (mournful).

I'm running out of time to piece the whole Rigoletto together...so I'd like to send in instead Schubert- Liszt Widmung which was my first encounter with his amazing world of transcriptions.

This piece sounds a lot like a Chopin piece :-)
