Aline practice diary
I everyone, I practice my piano every day. I play piano since 15 years old. I am 62.
But maybe not as much as I suppose to do, if I want to learn how to play better.
I am really hard on me when it's time to play a piece of music front of the people.
I am never enough, and I always miss a part, a note where my memory become my worst enemy. If I can say that. So, that situation put me in a zone that I want to overcome.
And that's why I became a member of the ToneBass. To overcome my blocage about playing piano front of people. And, in another way I am so slow to learn a piece of piano music.
One thing I will like to do, it's playing piano for different maisons de retraite pour ain茅s, sorry I can't rite it in english. I just wait the end of the pandemi in my aria to do it. I am living in one of the worst place to be in the world with all of this...hope it will end soon.
I am also teaching piano at my house for beginners, child or adult.
Actully I am practicing as a exercises :
Chopin, Etude #1 , playing slowly
51 Exercises from Brahms, once a day, slowly!
Pieces that I want replay that I use to play long time a go :
7 Lyrical Pieces, Edward Grieg
6 Sonatinas for the Piano Op. 36 , Muzio Clementi
Six Gnossiennes pour piano, Erik Satie
And, pieces that I almost finish and still working on it, new for me :
Fur Elise, Beethoven
Six variations in G dur, Beethoven
Piece that I put away because to difficult for me to play, for now:
Pavane pour une infante d茅funte, Ravel
