Tonebase Video can not be watched since 3 weeks now.

Can anybody help me to forward this massage to Tonebase technicians, I can not watched all of the videos since 3 weeks now. I have emailed them also but so far no reply.

  • Hi Amenangi Wawo Runtu , I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with watching the videos on tonebase!

    Does this affect all videos or only the live streams? You could try disabling any adblockers you might have installed as they can sometimes interfere with the playback of videos.

    • Hi martin , I have tried disabling all the adblockers, I still can鈥檛 watch the live stream, playback and the video. All Tonebase devices worked perfectly well, until for the last 30 days. I have tried also to watch form my dad iPadPro 2021 but failed.

    I m having many issues with the app on Android, to the point where it's pretty much unusable as I have no control over what plays. 

    It has also lost my content and erased my progress for some reason beyond me. While I was using the app.
