How do I know when I have to level up my tonebase level?

Hi to everyone, maybe this question is very subjective depending on each one. But when is the best time to move forward on tonebase level. I'm in level 3 and I'm finishing the repertoire (I'm recording myself when I finish with the piece, to have record) but there is the other courses emphasizing technique and theory but there too many. So I was wondering when is the correct time for level up. Thanks for the comment, I'm reading each one of you. Regards from Dominican Republic
