Practice Log # 1 - Rachmaninoff Op. 28 No. 5

Background. Started learning Rachmaninoff this year. About 25 hours into this so far. I have been able to move away from the score and let my ear carry the piece.

From a memorization perspective this piece doesn't seem to be as hard as no. 1 in the set. I have found that larger spaces between larger block-like elements make for easier memorization than intricate half-steps within an octave.

5 minute practice block with the first part of Prelude Op. 28 No. 5 Rachmaninoff.

-Play through a couple times

-Slow down and try to improve accuracy

-end with one run through and leave it for today (on to other parts)

Very nice video! Well done. Your piano audio sounds super clear too.
