As a premium member, I’ve reached out to your customer service at least five times and haven’t received a single response. Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a company that markets itself as a premium service.
It’s clear from other members’ experiences that I’m not the only one struggling to get support. You simply cannot run a business without a reliable way to respond to your customers.
Speaking as someone who works in product, I’d strongly suggest implementing a third-party customer support solution. For example, Zendesk, Help Scout, or even Zapier integrations can ensure that customer inquiries are tracked and responded to systematically. These tools can help your team track communication and address customer service issues.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and make improving customer support a top priority.

For me the most important three things would be:
* Some obvious place for the community to request pieces for which to add courses or other resources. Perhaps something where the community could also vote or otherwise show their support to suggestions. Do not hide this somewhere in the discussion forums. Personally I find that the content with regard to repertoire pieces is stagnating and not much gets added.
* Make the discussion forums clearer and more organized, in comparison to many other forum or discussion board sites they look messy, hard to navigate and rather badly implemented. Just take a look at a few of these other sites and you will see how much more convenient it is for users to navigate discussions if you can get a more tabular overview of topics, can get a nice list of threads with more active ones first, can have search functions that allow to find topics you or another user commented in, search topic titles or dates etc.
* Offline access: there are many situations still, e.g. travelling in a train or plane where it would be great to be able to watch the conentent without internet access. Also in situation where access speed is slow, the offline access could prevent interruptions.

I think that generally ToneBase tries to develop new offerings that require additional payments instead of taking care of those who have lifetime access and do not see any new courses. The development of courses for intermediate piano players definitely need more attention.

OK, the discussion forums are even worse than I realized initially: apparently, if you want to post a topic and moderators decide against it, that carefully written post does not show up anywhere on your own page and you get no feedback whatsoever why it has not been posted.
This is extremely user-unfriendly and, quite frankly, extremely impolite towards users.
Also, my impression is that this feedback thread here is more for allowing users to vent their frustration than actually getting taken seriously by tonebase, I cannot really see any constructive responses from their side to suggestions or actual improvements based on user feedback.I also just noticed that apparently there is an app, but only for Apple users (a search on play.google.com comes up empty for me)???
I have no idea if the app actually adds anything to what is available via the web, but if it does, I find it quite unfriendly to lock out all users who avoid the vendor lock in, high prices and unacceptable business practices of the Apple company.I got a lifetime membership because of my initial enthusiasm about this, but I have to admit I am getting a increasingly disillusioned and frustrated.

So here is my take:
I have been using the platform for almost a year now and when I first started using it, there was a great course on a piece I was practicing. Now that I am almost finished with said piece, I have made a selection of pieces I want to practice next (all of which are fairly well known pieces, with lots of information and practice tips online), but there are no courses on Tonebase for any of them. In general, there is not a tremendous quantity of lessons on pieces on the platform (the most popular ones are understandably prioritized), but I have difficulty finding materials to help me in my practice right now and as far as I can recall, there have not been many courses added in the past year. This makes me consider, if there is a point in continuing my subscription for the next year. -
I am now ignoring all the live events because being in Australia or South East Asia, whenever a live event takes place, it is always in the middle of the night. I can only watch the replay if it is available. Setting a time that suits all regions will take some organizing, I understand that. But I simply cannot get the full benefits of being a paid customer.

Hi! I am really enthusiast about tonebase and it's really motivating me every day! As an Italian "solo player" withouth a teacher i would like to see:
Subtitles! Every teacher has his own accent and sometimes Is hard for me to understand everything!
More level repertoire suggestions! I am currently between level 5 and level 6 and would like to see more suggestions (more scarlatti sonatas, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert and Haydn's movements, Chopin waltzes and nocturnes!)
