Hi Amy, my apologies for the delay! Noah Hardaway here, Co-Director of tonebase Piano Camp. We're thrilled you're planning to come, and I see you've signed up for Session 2 -- wonderful!
You can fly in at any time that is convenient for you; we will have multiple airport runs to bring participants to Adamant. If there are Session 1 participants departing at 10am, or other Session 2 folks arriving at 11am/11:30, you might have to wait so we can go as a group, but since there wll be multiple trips to and from the airport, we'll make every effort to limit the time you spend waiting.
As more participants confirm their attendance and inquire about arrival/departure times, we'll be able to finalize what time you get picked up! We'll be sending out additional orientation information in the coming weeks, and feel free to email me at [email protected] if you have any other questions. mel Hi Mel! Here's how the process works:
- Participants submitted their signup information
- We sent everyone an invoice for a deposit
- This coming week, tonebase will confirm who the final participants will be and refund deposits for those we didn't have room to accept this time.
We experienced very high demand for the limited spots available, so we will have to turn a few folks away. We focused on Full Session participants, but because of unequal demand between the sessions for half session participants, we'll do a little rebalancing.
