Vermont Symphony Orchestra with Stephen Hough playing Rachmaninoff’s Piano Concerto #3. I was so tired after that from the exhilaration as well as from trying to follow Hough’s hands as I was 3 rows away from him.

Maurizio Pollini’s 80th birthday recital at the Southbank London. Schumann and Beethoven, just fantastic!
Incidentally, I remember seeing Benjamin Grosvenor play when he was about 10years old and his feet barely reached the ground when he sat on the stool. He was so good even then!

My last live concert was on Apr 1st and included Lise de la Salle performing the Ravel Piano concerto in G major in Dublin, IE. It was really great. Concert also included works by Gershwin, Bernstein and Milhaud and had an American and jazzy motif across all works!

Hello Dominic, my last two LIVE concerts have been quite memorable. On May 1st, I saw the Houston Symphony perform Mahler’s 2nd with Andres Orozco-Estrada conducting his last concert in Houston as Music Director. 🙁
Tonight I had the privilege of attending your LIVE recital in Fort Worth, Texas! I was the one afterwards who told you I came in from Houston to see you perform. I loved how you gave the background to every single piece. I have learned so much from your classes on Tonebase, and now your live performance. Your rendition of Pictures at an Exhibition was brilliant! The Erwin Schullhoff Suite No. 3 for the Left Hand was amazing! You are a special performer. I wish you all the best at your upcoming concerts!

Hello all,
The last live concert I attended was all 5 Prokofiev Piano Concertos performed by Daniil Trifonov, Sergei Babayan and Alexei Volodin at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the BBC Proms season. It was conducted by Valery Gergiev. A truly amazing evening!
