Dominic, there's a very odd and obscure Burrill Phillips Toccata that I played years ago and would like to work up again, possibly for this date. It's not spooky, but it's just strange--very angular, a little jazzy, a bit impertinent. Almost nobody knows it and I can't even find a YouTube video performance of it. A bit of a Halloween "shock."

I would like to play in this concert. I, too, am considering a specific piece already. It's about 8 minutes long.
Update: If there's enough time, I'd like to play two pieces, actually:
- Abel Decaux: Minuit passe (Clair de Lune No. 1)
- Claude Debussy: ...Ce qu'a vu le vent d'ouest (No. VII from the first book of "Préludes")
The two pieces are quite different in style, but they were written only 10 years apart and fit together nicely as an an eerie little Halloween set.
