@Michelle R You can always break down ANY piece into bits that DO work for you. Just try the right hand, for example, really slowly! Or just listen to the videos and follow along.

@Roy James-Pike Please share video of your preparation for your dance test. We know you'll pass with flying colors. I think that Chopin waltz is a good choice because it is very simple and steady.
