Re: Week 1: Getting down to Business
@Derek McConville Hi Derek! Great start. I would practice the left and right hand separately. Because if the left hand is stabile in tempo you get more control. Have fun!

Re: Week 1: Getting down to Business
@Priya Viseskul Wow, this piece is not easy. The last part is extremely complicated to get the melody out and the left hand in tempo. Have fun to play.

Re: Week 1: Getting down to Business
@Elizabeth I am not really a Mozart fan, but this Sonata is great and not easy at all. I habe played it last year and the third movement is special. Can’t wait to hear it. Have a nice weekend.

Re: What piece of music never fails to make you smile or feel uplifted, and why?
I like Chopins Rondo à la Krakowiak played by Garrick Ohlsson. The beginning is so stunning and there is only light, no darkness at all.

Re: Mini Challenge: Rare Pieces by Brahms that YOU should play!
Interesting pieces, but definitely not my favorite ones. The Gigues look very difficult, so I choose the Sarabandes. I favorite piece by Brahms is the Sonata op 5. https://youtu.be/IjGBaJD4plE
